چکیده
Primary lymphoma of the cerebellopontine angle (CPA) is rare and uncommon in central nervous system, accounting for approximately 0.2-2% all brain tumors. To our knowledge, there have only been 32 cases reported worldwide so far. Here, we report a case B-cell 56-year-old woman who presented with seizure, dysphagia, dizziness showed lesion involving left CPA, right frontal horn septum pellucidum on magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). The primary diagnosis was metastatic tumor; however, Stereotactic biopsy CPA done, histological features confirmed malignant lymphoma. patient treated chemotherapy, complete resolution symptoms after first chemotherapy session.

Lymphoma of the central nervous system is uncommon, accounting for approximately 0.2-2% of all brain tumors [17] . Numerous descriptions of the CT appearance of primary and secondary lymphomas have been published [1-16]; however, to our knowledge, lymphoma presenting as a homogeneously enhancing, cerebellopontine angle mass has been reported only once before [13]. We reviewed our experience wit...

Epidermoid cysts are rare congenital tumors of the central nervous system (CNS), histologically benign and slowgrowing lesions. Their frequency among primitive intracranial tumors is about 1% and they account for 40% of all intracranial epidermoid of the cerebellopontine angle (CPA); there they constitute the third most frequent neoplasm (5%), after acoustic neuromas and meningiomas. We report ...

In the central nervous system, cerebellopontine angle (CPA) lymphomas are rare; few cases have been reported. Lymphoplasmacytic lymphoma (LPL) in the CPA is rarer still, and often misdiagnosed as acoustic neuroma. We report a rare case of CPA LPL-a challenging diagnosis guided by clinical presentations, radiological signs, and postoperative pathological test.A 43-year-old woman presented with he...
